So for example if you have a 10:00 am flight, you will be given a pick up time between 06:00 – 06:30am. You must be ready at the start of your pick up time (06:00am), the shuttle can arrive any time within the given 30 min's pick up window. This shuttle will arrive at the airport 07:30am, allowing you plenty of time to check in.

Transfers to Heathrow Airport Hotels
With comfortable seats and lots of baggage space, Hotel Hoppa is the most convenient way to travel between your hotel and Heathrow Terminals 1, 3 and 5*.
Tickets are just £4 each way for adults. One child aged five to 15 can travel free with every fare-paying adult, and travel is free for under-fives. Hotel Hoppa buses stop right outside the terminal and operate from 04:00 to midnight. The hotels served are all close to the airport.
